Job Opportunities at SAT Holistic Group Limited September 2022 SAT Holistic Group Limited is a social business which is collaborating with 3’500 organic small scale farmers by upgrading and selling their products to the local and international market. Due to its huge success, SAT now wants to further improve the value chain for its farmers. This led to the idea of SAT Holistic Group Ltd.
To scale-up the approach, the social business was found to further expand the production of high quality organic products and bring prosperity to local farmers. The social business is jointly operated by small-scale farmers and the founders of the NGO “Sustainable Agriculture Tanzania (SAT)”. While the latter own 51% of the company for security, the remaining shares are held by farmer joint ventures and investors.
