JOB POSITION: Service Desk Administrator/Supervisor
Ensure a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving
Ensuring agreed procedures and standards are met whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction
Performance and utilization of information system by directorates customers/clients.
Bachelors degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, information Technology or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience in operations management/monitoring role
Understanding service desk and service delivery
Ability to adapt and learn the relevant and potential impact of emerging technology improvement
Strong work plan and self development skills, team interactions and Analytical skills.
Must have GPA of 3.5 or Above
Basic understanding of computing system, networking issues/systems administration
ITIL certification or work experience on any ITL-based service desk tool will be an added advantage
JOB POSITION: IT Engineer
Advanced Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent related field
Excellent written and passionate about technology
Able to consult with the sales team during client assessment needs analysis and client meetings
Understanding of Access control, database, networking, operating system, application types, network security, server installations, setup and maintenance, windows domains, applications management and troubleshooting, IT service delivery
