1.0 NATIONAL RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS
The National Records and Records Department began performing its functions as a Department
Independent from July, 2015, with Content Protection and Preservation content

1.0.1 MEMORIAL OFFICER II – POSITION 1
1.0.2 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Manage memory systems, maintain and manage the use of
records of Ministries, Independent Departments, Care Centers
records, Regions, Municipalities, District Councils, National Documents
and Public Bodies according to location;

ii. Identify and search records in the Registers of Ministries, Regions, Departments
Independent, Municipalities, District Councils and Storage Centers
National Records and Documents;
iii. Controlling computer-generated memory system, keeping and
overseeing its use in Ministries, Independent Departments, Organizations and
Local Governments according to location; and
iv. Other duties to be assigned to him by his supervisor.
1.0.3 QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
Employed with a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Record Keeping and Preservation
(Records management and Archives) and its equivalent from Colleges
recognized by the Government. Be computer literate.
2.0 CLEAN WATER AND ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORITY IN MULEBA
(MULUWASA)
The Muleba Urban Water and Sanitation Authority (MULUWASA) was formally established
October 30, 2004 in accordance with the Water Act (Cap 281) Section 3 (1) of the year
1997, (GN No. 371) and Published in Government Gazette No. 29 for the purpose of
managing and ensuring the people of Muleba Small Town have access to services
sustainable clean and safe water.
2.0.1 PIPER FUND- SPACE 3
2.0.2 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Turn on and off the water according to the schedule provided by the Authority Supervisor;
ii. To report damage to water infrastructure, prepare estimates of
repairs and maintenance;
iii. Read water meters and prepare Water Invoices and distribute them to customers;
iv. Termination of services for customers who do not pay for water;
v. Cleaning water sources and tanks;
vi. Prepare estimates of new customer connections to the payment system
water (Unified Billing System);
vii. Incorporate new customer information into the unified billing system
system); and
viii. Perform other duties as directed by the project manager.
2.0.3 QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
Employed with Form Four or Six Secondary education, with a Technical Certificate
Standard II in the field of plumbing and pipe fitting from the College
recognized by the Government. The applicant should be able to use the computer for
using the “Word, Excel and Power point” program.
2.0.4 AGE: not exceeding 35 years.

Starting from Institutional Salary Rate: TGS B.
3.0. MINISTRIES, INDEPENDENT DEPARTMENTS AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY
3.0.1. DRIVER GRADE II – POSITION 8 (Rukwa Regional Administrative Secretary position 2,
Dodoma Regional Administrative Secretary position 2, Iringa Regional Administrative Secretary position 1,
Tea Board position 1 and Kasulu District Council position 2)
3.0.2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Inspect the vehicle before and after the trip to determine the safety condition of the vehicle;
ii. Deploying staff to various places on business trips;
iii. Carrying out minor car repairs;
iv. Keeping a record of all trips in the Log-book;
v. Collect and distribute various documents;
vi. Provide technical advice on vehicle safety and operation;
vii. Car cleaning; and
viii. To perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by his associated leader
and his education and work skills.
3.0.3. QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
Form IV Certificate (Form IV) and Class E or C1 driving license
which he has worked for at least one year without causing an accident. No
Attends Basic Driving Course
offered by the Vocational Training Academy (VETA) or another College
recognized by the Government. Applicants with a Grade II Technical Examination Certificate
they will be considered first.
3.0.4 SALARY
Starting at the TGS B Salary level
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL WORKS.
i. All applicants must be Tanzanian Citizens and not older than 45 years
identified in the relevant position.
ii. All applicants must attach a birth certificate.
iii. Applicants who are already Public Servants, should submit their application letters

approved by the relevant Authorities (TCU, NECTA and NACTE).
